Is the price per person or per pedicab?
The price is per person.
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
We work only on reservations. We do not have a storefront, so the guide only shows up at your booked time at the designated meeting spot.
Can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
Yes, you can. Your satisfaction is matter. Just let us know beforehand, so that the guide does not waste his time.
How many people can fit in one pedicab?
Pedicab can carry up to 3 adults. New York City law does not allow more than 3 passengers in pedicab. If you need two or more pedicabs, we make sure that they stay close together (often side by side) during the entire tour, so that your group stays together.
Is the TIP included in the price of the tour?
Guide gratuities are not included in the tour price, so if you enjoy your tour, tips are very much appreciated, though certainly not required or expected

You can find it in your confirmation.
Where does the tour end?
We end our tour at 59th Street & 7th Avenue.
Can you pick up or drop off us at some place?
We tend to avoid dropping customers off at other locations rather than our regular drop-off spot (59th Street & 7th Avenue) because it will interrupt our schedule for the next tour.
However, you can let us know beforehand where you would like to end and we can accommodate this for an extra charge (prices per pedicab for drop off):
The Metropolitan Museum of Art – $35
- The Museum of Natural History – $30
- Times Square – $25
- Rockefeller Center – $20
You can pay in cash for pick up or drop off.
Please Note: if you opt in for pick up from one of the museums then we need to make some adjustments in a tour and some parts of the tour will be skipped. So better just to take Uber to our meeting spot and enjoy the full experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
Just let us know if you are going to be late for the tour and we will inform the tour guide to wait for you.
We have a tight schedule and we are not really sure at what time we want to start the tour. What should we do?
It is recommended that you book at the beginning of your vacation. In case of rain, you can reschedule to the next day.
Do we need to bring some form of proof that we paid for the tour?
No, you do not need it. Once you purchase tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation. You might keep it in your email but you do not need to present it to your guide.
Can I customize my tour, let’s say for example, I just want to see The Belvedere Castle?
Totally, we go straight ahead. Some extra charges may apply. It depends on the itinerary.
How should I dress in winter time?
As our activity takes place outside, please “dress in layers”. And take it seriously!
Do you speak other languages?
We are a multinational team that speaks other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, and German. Please email us before purchasing tickets if you’d like a tour conducted in a language other than English: vitalipri@yahoo.com
Can the driver take my picture?
Sure, we have a paparazzi photographer experience.
Do you have a weight limit?
It is not a weight limit, just to sit comfortable in a pedicab. We recommend a max of 550 lbs.
Do you conduct a tour for one person?
Yes, we do tour for one person. Please select two kids’ tickets
Which tours do you conduct in the winter time ?
We conduct only 1-hour tours because of chilly weather
Can we start a tour early in the morning or late in the evening rather than regular schedule ?
Yes, we can. Just send us email with your desired time
If I need ride in Central Park, not a tour?
Yes, we do rides from point A to point B. Price starts at $50 and up depending on route.
Can i take a glass of wine on the tour?
It is illegal to drink alcohol in public in NYC.
Is the tour better in the morning or in the afternoon?
In the summertime, it is better in the morning because it can get sultry in the afternoon. In the winter time, it is better around noon because it is the warmest time of the day.
Do you pick up from a hotel?
No pick up.
What happens if it rains?
We do not do tours in the rain (even when it a small chance of rain) because you are wet and a guide is wet. That is not pleasant for anyone. So we will contact you to reschedule it for another day or issue a refund.
We know, customers from the UK you do not mind rain 🙂 but it is better to reschedule it.
Where does the tour starts?
Once you book the tour you will receive confirmation with meeting spot details.
Do you provide a discount for a big group?
We provide discounts for group larger than 10 people. Please email: vitalipri@yahoo.com and mention that your group is larger than 10 people.
Are there any free or paid parking near your meeting spot ?
There is free parking on Sundays, so it is relatively easy to find street parking, but sometimes it might take up to half an hour to find that spot. And triple check those 3-tiered parking signs. On other days there is only parking in the garage, but there are plenty of them nearby. An average price is $18 per hour or $50 daily.
Do you have a place to store my walker or luggage or wheelchair while I am on your tour?
No, we do not have a storefront.
Does a guide dress up as Peter Pan character ?
No, he does not.
Do I need to present a vaccination card or wear a mask during the tour ?
No.
If you do not see availability on that day that you want?
Then there is no availability on that day. No need to call to check it.
